The clinic that started it all

I started at our family dental clinic in Baguio and found the front desk buried in paper: appointment books, patient charts, and multiple receipts. So I built DentVault, an offline patient management system the clinic actually uses every day which is also available for other clinics. It cut manual data entry by more than 40%. Getting it right meant writing real SQL, iterating with non-technical staff, and utilizing AI-assisted development. It taught me how software earns its place in the real world.
